Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind, we are excited to offer our improved and simplified return policy. 

Unfortunately, Lia & Lou DOES NOT DO EXCHANGES. However we do offer refunds. We suggest after you start your refund, snag your correct size for your child. 

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 12 days of receiving your shipment. Please include an order number. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the garment for defects prior to wash and wear. Damaged or defective product must be reported within 12 days of receipt and remain unwashed/unworn to be eligible for replacement or refund. Returns must be reported no more than 12 days from delivery date and under no circumstances will be considered for a refund or credit exceeding that time frame.

Please remember, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed or as a result of defective merchandise in which case a prepaid shipping label will be issued.
